Stripped back to timber decking substrate, 30 St Johns lane was refurbished to building regulation part ‘L’ with an Alumasc full system.

This included self-adhesive vapour barrier (compliant with NFRC’s Safe2Torch scheme), 120mm PIR insulation, Mastergold underlay and Mastergold Mineral cap-sheet.

London Felt Roofing Limited also refurbished slate roof, lead cheeks complete with copper clips for aesthetical finish.
