St Dunstan’s Jubilee hall roof was suffering from a historical leak which meant the whole roof had to be stripped. London Felt Roofing then installed a self-adhesive (SA) vapour barrier, 120mm PIR insulation (to bring the roof up to building regulation ‘Part L’), partially bonded underlay and fully bonded mineral cap-sheet.

This project now holds a 25+5 year workmanship and manufacturers material guarantee.
