When core sampled, St Mary’s Drive was completely dry and the roof taper ‘’falls’’ were found to be in the current structure. This meant that 120mm flat-board PIR insulation was needed to bring this project up to building regulation part ‘L’.

The completed build up consisted of fully bonded vapour barrier, 120mm PIR insulation, partially bonded underlay and mineral cap-sheet.
