LFR Stripped the failed waterproofing system and woodwall slab deck, added furrings to improve the roofs drainage, re-decked with OSB 3 18mm ply, installed a Bauder built-up felt system with 140mm FA TE PIR insulation in line with building regulations, access hatch and freestanding handrail system for maintainence.
